Welcome to Parentville Center, where we understand the heart-pounding uncertainty of leaving the hospital as a new parent, faced with the daunting task of caring for a tiny life. This pivotal moment, filled with equal parts fear and awe, is one I, Aridia Polanco, once grappled with firsthand.

• Personal Journey: As the eldest sibling in a first-generation immigrant home of Dominican descent, I shouldered responsibilities from a tender age. I became the family's translator, navigator, and problem-solver. But nothing quite prepared me for the sheer weight of responsibility that comes with holding a newborn in your arms, wondering if you have what it takes.

• Mission of Parentville Center: Parentville Center emerged from my personal journey—a beacon of light in the darkness, a sanctuary of support when the road ahead seems dauntingly unfamiliar. Our purpose is profound: to shatter the silence of uncertainty and arm you with the tools, knowledge, and unwavering support you need to stride confidently into parenthood.

• Passion and Certification: Drawing on my deep-rooted love for families, motherhood, parenthood, and the sacred bond of breastfeeding/chestfeeding, I embarked on a transformative path as a postpartum doula. This calling, born from years of nurturing my own siblings, evolved into a mission to empower and uplift parents during this sacred journey. Certified by DONA International, I've spent years in the trenches, hand-in-hand with families in New York and New Jersey.

• Online Courses: Yet, my vision reached beyond the confines of one-on-one consultations. I knew I wanted to cast a wider net, to create a ripple effect of empowerment that touches every corner of parenthood. Thus, Parentville Center's online courses were born—crafted with meticulous care, infused with wisdom from the trenches, and designed to nurture both parent and newborn.
